Chris Bentley
Chairman

Chris served in the United States Marine Corps for over 14 years and deployed overseas 6 times, with multiple combat tours to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Chris holds a BA and MS from Norwich University, the oldest private military college in the country. He also holds and MBA from Rice University. Chris is currently the President and CEO of Bellatorum Resources, a oil and gas land acquisitions company based in Spring, TX.

Seth Wright
Seth Wright
Director

Seth Wright served 12 years in the United States Marine Corps as an 0321 Reconnaissance Marine. He served multiple tours in support of the Global War on Terrorism and led an element of special operations forces that rescued a downed Air Force pilot in Libya in 2012. Seth has an MBA from Rice University and is currently a Manager in the Terminals Business Unit at Kinder Morgan. He remains active in his efforts to increase awareness of the needs of veterans.

Joe Flores
Director

Joseph Flores enlisted in the US Navy in 2003 where he trained to become a reactor operator on nuclear submarines. Following his commissioning from the US Naval Academy, he served as the communications officer on the USS Samuel B. Roberts and then as the executive officer of the USS Tornado. Mr. Flores left the navy in 2016 and now works as a human resources and business development consultant for start-up companies. In addition to his undergraduate degree, Joseph has a master’s degree from Texas A&M and an MBA from Rice University.

Steve McCubbin
Director

Steve McCubbin spent 8 years in the Army Reserves, from 1999 to 2007, attaining the rank of Sergeant E-5 ultimately serving as an Operations NCO in the Transportation Corps. In 2003, he deployed to Kuwait and Iraq in support of Operating Iraqi Freedom. He started his professional career with HP as a PMO Analyst, then worked for KBR for 3 years in the Planning & Scheduling department working on oil & gas capital projects. Most recently, he spent 7 years as a Project Controls Manager with Marathon Oil with responsibilities on large capital projects. Steve also holds and MBA from Rice University.
